Welcome to our efficient and convenient studio located in the heart of West Seattle! 

We are a simple, efficient affordable building in a great neighborhood. Our apartments give you just enough space to rest and relax, while the efficiency kitchen gives you just enough space to prepare your essentials. We have both lofted and studio spaces, and many of our apartments have balconies. 

The close proximity to Whole Foods and Trader Joe's make it easy to grab all of your essentials. Plus, with the Rapid Ride bus just around the corner, getting to downtown Seattle is a breeze.
