You can use secure bike storage & storage lockers when you'd like.

We boast a walk score of 92, with the Burke-Gilman trail and waterfront parks just a short stroll away, making this cozy and budget-friendly space the perfect home. 

Rental facts 

• $40 application fee 
• Move in costs are 1st months pro-rated rent and security deposit of one month rent 
• Utility charge of $94 includes Water/Sewer/Garbage/Gas 
• 50% additional utility charge for each occupant after the first 
• Electricity paid direct to Seattle City Light

• 650 minimum credit score 
• Income more than 3x monthly rent 
• Positive rental history (no debt to landlord, no evictions, positive reference)
